Our architectural office was founded in 2015 by Master Architect İklima Şenol Gönenç. Our architectural office, which has been designing and implementing architectural and interior design projects in various scales since its establishment, is mainly specialized in residential, office, industrial buildings, administrative buildings, health buildings, dental clinics, dental offices and pharmacies and turnkey project applications.
Our office, which adopts the concept of ‘understanding the employer properly’ as a working principle, aims to thoroughly assimilate the heart, mind and enthusiasm of the employer and to provide a solution with the functional, aesthetic requirements of the space and the correct technical details. Following the analysis of the employer and the space, our office realizes turnkey project applications covering all services from the concept project, application project and construction phase to the last fine cleaning, and provides you with the financial and time advantage of following the process with a single interlocutor in this process.
At the same time, from our solutions in the spaces we design to the management of construction site waste, we carefully adopt the “Sustainable / Environmentally Friendly” approach in the entire design and implementation process. Since the day it was founded, it continues to provide services in various scales and building types in Turkey and abroad, especially in Istanbul and Ankara, and every day it is recommended to more and more people by its satisfied customers and adds new ones to its projects
Business Process
Our business process begins with field analysis and feasibility studies. The national and international standards that are based on the solution of the problems are shaped by the blending of our architectural design principles and the suggestions, demands and requirements of our employers.
Suitable alternatives are presented in 2 and 3 dimensional images to the employer. During the presentation phase, with the possibilities provided by today’s technology, our intention is providing a clear image of the final outcome of the project.
In Interior architectural projects; the cost of the acclaimed alternative is deducted. The turnkey construction price is offered to the employer. Upon acceptance, the customer is free from all workloads in the design and construction phase. From the design stage of the project to the stage of settlement of the employer, the only counterpart is ‘Givera Mimarlık’..
In architectural projects; the selected design is developed and architectural project, static project, mechanical project, electrical project are drawn. Licensing procedures to be provided by the necessary institutions are followed. The employer is informed on these matters. All project requirements for the construction site are prepared for the completion of the license phase. Inspection service is undertaken during the construction of the building
